SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro: The New Hotspot in Milan’s Piazza Duomo

Piazza Duomo, Milan is home to many beautiful terraces, but one stands out above the rest – the Aperol Terrace. After a complete renovation last year, this terrace has now transformed into SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro. Not only has it undergone a physical transformation, but it has also adopted a new format, becoming a part of the increasingly popular trend of listening bars in the city. With its prime location offering a direct view of the Duomo, this new hotspot is set to become a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

The Restyling and New Format of SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro

The space has been redesigned to function on multiple levels, catering to different moments of the day. It is a fluid space, perfect for a quick drink or a longer stay. The highlight of the terrace remains the stunning view, but now, music is an integral part of the experience. Guests can enjoy a variety of events, from aperitivo with guest selectors, to more intimate listening sessions and Sync-posium events, as well as special collaborations. The aim is to make this format accessible to a wider audience, without compromising on the importance of the gastronomic aspect, offering classic drinks and new sharing recipes.

Aperol's Signature Drinks in Milan

Aperol remains the star of the show, but it is not the only option on the menu. Alongside the classic Spritz, the bar also offers reinterpretations from emerging bartenders. This is the realm of the Spritz, one of the most popular cocktails in the world, born in the 19th century but made contemporary by the Campari Group, who has turned it into a global icon, thanks to Aperol.

The Spritz section includes classics and variations, from Aperol Spritz (€12) to Campari Spritz (€12), as well as more unique options like Cynar Spritz or Sarti Rosa (€14), and a non-alcoholic option, Crodino XL (€10). There are also other classics on offer, such as Negroni (€14), Negroni Sbagliato (€14), and Whiskey Sour (€14). And for gin lovers, a selection of Gin Tonic (€14-€15).
