SAN SIRO STADIUM
The official name of the stadium is Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, but is known simply as San Siro as it is located in in the residential area of San Siro, Milano.
It acts as home stadium to both of Milan’s football clubs A.C. Milan and Inter (F.C. Internazionale). The stadium was inagurated in 1926 and was renovated for the 1990 World Cup.

BY TAXI
It is best to go to and from the stadium by public transport (there is a lot of traffic in Milan).
A taxi from Milan’s city center will cost about €10-15,00.
BY PUBIC TRANSPORT
By Bus 90 and 91 from the center, or Tram 16 (was tram 24).
By metro take line MM1 (red line) to Lotto and walk or take a shuttle bus provided on match days.
BY CAR
By car you will need to get to the Milan western ring road Tangenziale Ovest. The way to the stadium is clearly sign-posted, you will see signs for the stadium (Stadio S. Siro) or the hippodrome (Ippodromo). Parking is limited to 4,000 cars so if you intend on going by car, go early.
Just a 2-minute walk from Lotto Fiera Metro Station, Meliá offers a free 24-hour gym and spacious elegantly decorated rooms. San Siro Stadium is less than 2 km away.
