A new gem has opened its doors in southern Italy: Vista Ostuni Hotel, a luxury retreat set in the heart of Puglia’s enchanting Valle d’Itria. Housed in a restored 14th-century convent, the hotel combines historic charm with sleek contemporary design, offering guests sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and the whitewashed town of Ostuni.
With interiors featuring vaulted ceilings, artisanal ceramics from Grottaglie, and marble-clad bathrooms, the 40-room property promises both sophistication and comfort. Dining is led by Michelin-starred chef Andrea Berton at Berton al Vista, alongside relaxed options at the hotel’s bistro and rooftop bar.

Experiences on offer range from olive oil tastings and cooking classes to e-bike tours through the countryside and excursions to nearby Alberobello and its iconic trulli houses. A spa carved into the rock is also set to debut later this year.
Blending Puglian tradition with modern style, Vista Ostuni is poised to become one of southern Italy’s most talked-about new addresses.
