Orrido di Bellano Christmas Lights

BELLANO, LAKE COMO – The Orrido di Bellano is a captivating natural gorge located in Bellano, Italy. Carved by the waters of the Pioverna River over centuries, the Orrido presents a stunning display of rock formations and cliffs. Visitors can explore a narrow pathway that winds through the gorge, offering breathtaking views of the rushing river below and the dramatic geological features that define the landscape. The Orrido di Bellano is not only a geological wonder but also a popular attraction enhanced by occasional events, such as the enchanting Magic Christmas Lights, which transform the gorge into a fairytale-like spectacle during the holiday season.

A magical atmosphere, blending fairy-tale and festive vibes, lights up the Bellano Orrido: the Magic Christmas Lights are once again shining, following the success of 2021, to give visitors a ‘Christmas from a Fairytale’ experience. Lights and colors inspired by the world of fairy tales will adorn the path through the famous attraction until the end of January, extending to the historic center of the town as well. Numerous animated characters will be present, including Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Olaf, and trolls.

Each year, the Orrido is lit up with enchanting Christmas lights, creating a magical atmosphere inspired by fairy tales. The Magic Christmas Lights, a return from 2021, bring a ‘Christmas from a Fairytale’ experience to visitors. The lights, inspired by fairy tales, decorate the path through the famous attraction until the end of January, spreading to the historic center of the town.
