Metallica is set to perform their largest show ever in Italy at I-Days Milano on May 29. Formed in 1981, Metallica is a thrash metal icon and part of the Big Four alongside Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax. Their discography includes notable albums such as “Kill ‘Em All,” “Master of Puppets,” and “Hardwired… to Self-Destruct.”

On the WorldWired Tour, Metallica played their latest album alongside classics like “Master of Puppets.” The tour set attendance records, with their 2019 concert at SNAI Hippodrome having the highest attendance ever (47,427). They also broke records in 2018 in Turin and Bologna.

In 2019, Trafalgar Releasing presented “S&M2,” celebrating the 20th anniversary of Metallica’s S&M concerts. The cinematic release featured symphonic versions of their new releases and classics, conducted by Michael Tilson Thomas.

During the lockdown, Metallica initiated #MetallicaMondays, streaming historic live concerts on YouTube and Facebook every Monday night for free.
